| Apr 2025 | Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners announced Stage Three of the Supernode BESS would proceed, following an offtake agreement being signed with Stanwell Corporation. The contract is subject to conditions, including Quinbrook reaching financial close for the proposed project by 30 September 2025. |
| Jul 2026 | Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners announced that Stage Three reached financial close on a $469 million debt package. Financing was provided by Commonwealth Bank of Australia, MUFG, Deutsche Bank, DNB and Rabobank. |
