The proposed Wambo Wind Farm, located near Jundowae within the Queensland Southern Renewable Energy Zone (REZ), will be delivered in two stages. Stage One will include a 252-megawatt wind farm comprising 42 turbines. The scope of Stage Two is yet to be confirmed but is expected to comprise up to 300-megawatts of additional generating capacity.
The project will be co-developed by Renewable Energy Partners and Cubico Sustainable Investments.
